Forige helg viste NRK Paul Mc Cartneys konsert i New York nylig. Stort for alle hans fans.
Eg har lyst å ta fram ei anna side av Paul Mc Cartney. I 2000 kom " A Garland for Linda", minne CD om Linda Mc Cartney som døydde av kreft i 1998. Her er det bidrag av sentrale aktørar i britisk musikkliv slik som John Tavener,  Judith Bingham, John Ruttter,  David Matthews, Roxanna Panufnik, Michael Berkeley og Giles Swayne.Innleiinga er Ralph Vaughan Williams,Storbritannias store komponist på  første halvdel av 1900 tallet,sitt vakre "Silence and Music."
Paul Mc Cartney, nylig enkemann, bidreg sjølv med tekst og musikk til det vakre korverket " Nova".
